2019 – Direct Commerce Awards: Best Gift & Home Entertainment Brand
Pinball Hem is thrilled to be the recipient of the 2019 Direct Commerce award for the bestgift and home entertainment brand in the UK.
Our awards success continue with this fantastic addition, and it’s always a great honour to be chosen. We were on hand amongst other company giants such as Screwfix and Virgin Experience Days.
2019 – Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award
Our first award of 2019, and we have once again been acknowledged for our high standard of customer service by customer-review service, Feefo.
The Feefo Gold Trusted Award recognises businesses for delivering exceptional customer service, and is one of our proudest accolades year after year, because it’s awarded by you – our customers!
2018 – eCommerce Awards: Best Leisure, Fitness and Outdoors eCommerce
Our third award of 2018, we are ecstatic to announce that we’ve won Best Leisure, Fitness and Outdoors eCommerce at the Ecommerce Awards 2018!
Roger and Ted were in attendance at the ceremony held in London, hosted by celebrity magician Ben Hanlin. Ben had the entire audience spellbound for what was another fun night celebrating the best in eCommerce!
2018 – ECMOD Best Gifts, Gadgets, Hobbies and Home Entertainment
We are delighted to announce that we have won our second award of 2018, we’ve won Best Gifts, Gadgets, Hobbies and Home Entertainment at the ECMOD 2018 Awards.
Even with a slew of other awards under our belts, it’s always a great honour to be chosen for such a prestigious award. The competition was tough, with some of the other finalists being businesses such as Virgin Experience Days and the National Trust.
2018 – Feefo Gold Trusted Merchant
The first award we’ve received in 2018 is the Feefo Gold Trusted Merchant Award! This means that we have achieved an overall service rating of over 95% satisfaction for the last year from our customers, which is a great commemoration to the hard work that all of our team do every day.
We’re very grateful to all of our customers that took the time to leave a review for our services and product over the past year, and for leaving such positive feedback. Without this, we wouldn’t have achieved such a great award.
2017 – ECMOD Awards: Best Gifts, Gadgets, Hobbies & Home Entertainment
We were thrilled to learn that we had won another award, the third one so far in 2017!
We were finalists amongst some other fantastic names such as Weird Fish and Virgin Experience Days, so were are very proud to have won Best Gifts, Gadgets, Hobbies & Home Entertainment.
Matt Barbett presented the awards and kept the crowd entertained throughout the night. We’d like to congratulate all of the other winners and finalists from the event.

2017 – FSB Awards: Best Online Award Winner
We’re delighted to have yet again won the award for Best Online Business from the Federation of Small Businesses, for the South West Region.
This means we have now won this award for the last three years, making it a most incredible hat-trick of wins for our company.
Many congratulations to all our team for their hard work and commitment to continuing to innovate and develop our online presence, improving our customer’s experience on our market leading website across all platforms.
2016 – eCommerce Awards: Best Website & Best Home
We won not one, but two awards at the eCommerce 2016 Awards for Best Website and Best Home and Garden. Andy and Michelle, Home Leisure Direct Founders, attended the prestigious event, along with our web developers Bluebox.
It was an incredible achievement, to win these two awards alongside such names as Amazon, Jack Daniel’s, HMV, Currys PC World, Karen Millen and Chalotte Tilbury.

2016 – FSB Awards: Online Business of the Year
Early this year we were announced as finalists for the Federation of Small Business Awards where we were again named Online Business of the Year. Andy and Michelle, founders of Home Leisure Direct, attended the awards ceremony.
The award was presented by Apprentice winner Tim Campbell, who proved to be a compelling and enthusastic speaker on the night. To win this award for two years running was an exceptional achievement, especially when we were up against over 1,000 entries.
